The Crozy light summer buffet refreshes your lunches when the heat sets in. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France offices. Tomato gazpacho and a melon and feta salad open the meal on a fresh note, followed by lemon-marinated grilled chicken and a Provençal vegetable tian for the vegetarian version. Herb tabbouleh and a colourful rice salad complete the buffet, before fresh goat's cheeses, a fruit salad and refreshing verrines. Ideal for a summer team lunch, a terrace or a meeting in the sunshine. Order at least 24 hours ahead, light, colourful and generous.
