The Crozy Mediterranean buffet invites the sun to your table for a colourful team lunch. Composed in the early morning, it is delivered in your Île-de-France offices. Hummus, aubergine caviar and pita bread open the meal, before a chicken marinated with lemon and thyme and a vegetable tagine with mild spices as the vegetarian version. Semolina with herbs, Lebanese tabbouleh and chickpea salad bring freshness and generosity to the buffet. Feta, Mediterranean cheeses and honey baklava close this flavourful journey.
