The Crozy premium buffet is our most carefully crafted format for lunches that call for quality. Composed on the day, it is delivered in your Île-de-France premises, ready to impress. Foie gras terrine with fig chutney and gravlax salmon open the meal, followed by a chicken supreme with forestière sauce and a creamy mushroom risotto for the vegetarian version. Crushed potatoes with olive oil and generous salads of rocket and parmesan accompany the dishes. The board of mature cheeses and the assortment of fine desserts close the meal. Ideal for a client lunch, an executive committee or an occasion that deserves the best of our range. Delivered from 48 hours after ordering, carefully made and generous.
