The Crozy seminar buffet is designed to feed two thousand participants without a lull. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered at your event venue in Île-de-France by our team. An assortment of starters, crudités, mini quiches and puff pastry bites launch the meal, followed by roast turkey with mushroom sauce and vegetarian lasagne for the meat-free version. Rice, roast potatoes and a wide buffet of salads fill the tables, served with a cheese board. Assorted desserts and a fruit basket close the lunch break. Ideal for a seminar, a convention or a corporate day with a large headcount. A practical and generous large format. Scaled here for 2000 guests, at a volume rate of €22.90 per person. Heavy logistics: staged refrigerated deliveries and serving points by zone; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: five days. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France; on-site set-up remains optional.
