The Crozy gastronomic buffet is the most complete in our range for quality lunches. Composed early in the morning, it is delivered in your Île-de-France premises, ready to make a strong impression. Semi-cooked foie gras with gingerbread, smoked salmon and scallop tartare open the meal with finesse, followed by beef fillet with Périgueux sauce and a truffle risotto for the vegetarian version. A heritage vegetable gratin and carefully made salads accompany the dishes, followed by a board of mature cheeses, dried fruit and nuts and an assortment of petits fours. Ideal for a strategic client lunch, an executive committee or a contract signing. Delivered from 24 hours after ordering, carefully made down to the last detail.
