Catering a large corporate event in Paris: 200 to 5,000 guests

What changes above 200 guests

Above two hundred guests, the menu is rarely the difficulty. What decides whether the day runs smoothly is the logistics: how many deliveries, at what time, where the food is dropped off, who receives it, and how long guests will queue.

The second change is the price. Every large format is priced by tier, at 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 guests, and the price per guest falls at each tier. A Parisian bistro meal tray costs €36.80 per guest for 200, €36.10 for 500 and €34.10 for 5,000.

The third change is notice. A catalogue menu for a small team can be delivered the next day; a large format needs real preparation time, set out further down.

Which format for which moment of the day

Most large events in Paris follow the same rhythm: a welcome breakfast, one or two breaks, a lunch and sometimes an evening reception. Each moment has its large format, priced per guest.

Individual meal trays suit crews and delegates who eat at their desk, in a press area or between two sessions: each tray is a complete meal, and the main course is chosen from three dishes, one of them vegetarian. The buffet suits a lunch in a dedicated room. The cocktail reception closes the day. The full-day format brings everything together: welcome, two breaks, a lunch buffet and a closing reception.

How much notice a large event needs

Lead times grow with volume because supplies, preparation and the number of vehicles grow with it. They are real minimums, not comfort margins: below them, an order cannot be guaranteed.

The date itself is secured by payment, not by the quote request. For an event in a busy week, or on several days, settle the order as soon as the proposal suits you.

Several days, several meals: one proposal

Broadcast crews, film productions, conferences and trade shows rarely eat only once. A three-day event with breakfast and lunch each day means six deliveries: they are priced in one proposal, with a delivery slot for each meal and, if you wish, a different lunch menu each day.

Give us the dates, the meals for each day and the headcount for each meal: the numbers often differ between breakfast and lunch. For meal trays, tell us how many meat, fish and vegetarian mains you need each day.

Each delivery is placed in a two-hour slot between 7 am and 7 pm. For an early start, book the breakfast slot from 7 am to 9 am.

Send us the dates, the meals, the headcount and the venue: your proposal arrives within two hours during business hours.

Delivery, venue access and set-up

Delivery is included across Paris and Île-de-France at every volume, with a €90 supplement in Seine-et-Marne. Outside Île-de-France, the transport is added to the proposal.

Venues used for large events, such as exhibition centres, stadiums and hotels, have their own rules: delivery bay, vehicle access, badges, security checks. When you order, give us the exact drop-off point, the name and mobile number of the person who will receive the delivery, and any access constraint.

We deliver and, as an option, set out the buffet on your tables; we do not provide serving staff during the event. Tableware is disposable and included, so there is nothing to collect afterwards. Above 100 guests, standing tables at €29 and clothed buffet tables at €49 can be added, and a cooling package (ice, insulated containers) costs €69 per 50 guests.

Catering at Paris event venues: Stade de France, Zénith, Paris Expo, Accor Arena and more

We deliver to organisers, exhibitors and production crews working at the main event venues of Paris and Île-de-France: stadiums, arenas, concert halls, exhibition centres and conference centres. Delivery is included everywhere in Île-de-France, with a €90 supplement in Seine-et-Marne.

Each venue has its own rules on outside catering. Some reserve public areas to an appointed caterer but accept deliveries to backstage areas, production compounds, offices or exhibitor stands. Check with the venue or your organiser what is allowed, then give us the delivery bay, the access instructions and the contact on site.

Private venues: hôtels particuliers, châteaux, villas and yachts

Large private receptions are often held in venues hired for the occasion: a hôtel particulier in the 7th, 8th or 16th arrondissement, a mansion in Neuilly-sur-Seine or Saint-Cloud, a château in the Yvelines, a barge or a yacht moored on the Seine, a rooftop or a gallery. We deliver to all of them across Île-de-France, at the same prices as anywhere else.

Private venues often have their own list of approved caterers, or rules on kitchens, deliveries and access times. Check with the venue manager first, then give us the delivery entrance, the access times and the contact on site. We deliver and, as an option, set out the buffet; serving staff, and tableware other than our disposable range, come from the venue or your event planner when needed.

Budget and payment

Two examples from the catalogue: a welcome breakfast for 500 guests in the large format costs €6,950; a lunch of Parisian bistro meal trays for 500 guests costs €18,050. Delivery in Paris is included; set-up is the only optional line.

Prices are net: VAT is not applicable. Payment is made online by card from the quote, and it confirms the order and secures the date. A pro forma invoice is available from the quote for your accounts, and from €5,000 your purchase order number can be entered at payment so that it appears on the invoice.

Your proposal arrives within two hours during business hours (9 am to 6 pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or at night.
