How much does corporate catering cost per person in Paris?
The table gives the range of our year-round menus by format, cheapest and most complete default menu, per guest. These are catalogue prices, the ones you pay at checkout: there is no VAT line on top, because VAT is not applicable under the French small-business scheme.
The spread inside each format comes from what is on the table. A buffet at the bottom of the range is a light, balanced lunch; at the top, smoked salmon, roast beef and matured cheeses. A cocktail reception moves with the number of pieces per guest: 8 for an hour, 14 for two hours, 20 when it replaces dinner.
On each menu page, the price shown first is the default menu. Swap a piece, change the level or the variant, and the price per guest moves with it before you pay, so the figure you approve is the figure on the invoice.
| Format | From | Up to | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coffee break | €5.50 | €9.80 | mid-morning or afternoon in a meeting |
| Breakfast | €11.40 | €24.60 | welcome before a meeting |
| Meal tray | €18.40 | €41 | lunch at the meeting table |
| Lunch buffet | €20.50 | €44 | team lunch with a real break |
| Cocktail reception | €19.60 | €42.30 | after-work, launch, client evening |
| Full seminar day | €45.50 | €85.30 | welcome, two breaks, lunch, closing drinks |

Price your buffet →What does the price per person include?
Included: the food, still and sparkling water, napkins and disposable tableware (plates, cups, cutlery). Breakfasts come with coffee and tea in flasks, buffets with fresh bread. Delivery on the slot you chose is free across Paris and Île-de-France, except Seine-et-Marne, which carries a €90 supplement.
Not included, and priced in advance: fresh juices at €2.50 and soft drinks at €3 per guest, a glass of champagne at €9.90, the cold-chain package at €69 per 50 guests when the room has no fridge, and on-site buffet set-up, €90 up to 30 guests and €190 up to 100. There are no waiting staff; set-up is the only on-site service.
Why does the total matter more than the price per head?
Because of the €300 minimum per delivery. A cheap menu for a small team can land below it: with the Continental Breakfast, you reach the minimum from 27 guests; with the French Classics Meal Tray, from 10 trays. Below that, the smarter move is a fuller menu rather than a cheaper one. The minimum applies per delivery address: two offices served on the same morning are two deliveries, each with its own €300.
The opposite also happens. On menus priced by headcount, the price per guest is recalculated for your numbers: the Prestige cocktail reception is €23.50 per guest for 50 and €22.20 for 100. Notice also changes with size, 24 hours for most menus, 48 hours from 100 guests.
| Order | Guests | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Balanced Breakfast | 20 | €320 |
| French Classics Meal Tray | 20 | €606 |
| Signature Lunch Buffet | 30 | €1,113 |
| Prestige Cocktail Reception, 14 pieces | 50 | €1,175 |
| Full-Day Seminar Essentials | 20 | €980 |
What about Christmas and end-of-year menus?
From November to January, a separate festive range runs alongside the year-round menus, ordered for your exact headcount: the Christmas breakfast at €7.20 per guest, one-hour end-of-year drinks at €14.30, the Christmas cocktail reception at €16, the standing dinner at €20.40 and the Christmas buffet at €30.60. Water and juice are included; wine and crémant are €8.90 per guest.
December dates go first. Payment reserves the date, and the menu stays adjustable up to 72 hours before delivery, so booking early costs nothing in flexibility.
How should you budget a catering order?
Start from the moment, not the menu: a meeting lunch, a welcome breakfast, a two-hour reception. Multiply the price per guest by the confirmed headcount, add drinks and set-up if you need them, and check the result against the €300 minimum. That is the whole calculation, and it is the same number you will see at checkout.
Our view: for clients or senior guests, spend on the menu, not on extras. A complete buffet with matured cheese and a proper dessert does more for a meeting than a cheaper menu dressed up on site.
For an internal team, the reverse often holds. A Classic Buffet at €24.30 per guest, with devilled eggs, roast chicken, matured cheeses and apple tart, feeds a team of 20 properly for €486, and the budget left over can pay for coffee on tap at €2.20 per guest, which the afternoon will thank you for.
Two practical points for finance teams. Payment is by card at checkout for most orders; above a certain amount, a deposit by card of €300 secures the order. The balance is then paid by bank transfer against a purchase order signed online, or by card, before the due date. Invoices show the SIRET number and your own purchase order number when you give it.
Breakfast, meal trays, buffets, receptions, seminar days: every price is on the menu page, and the total is the amount you pay.
