What each guest needs
A family brunch has two audiences: those who want savoury food, eggs, cheese, smoked salmon, and those, often the children, waiting for pastries and pancakes. The rule of thumb fits in one line: four savoury pieces or two to three pastries per guest, bread with butter and jam, a piece of fruit, a juice, and unlimited coffee and tea.
These quantities carry a morning brunch through to late morning. If the brunch starts late and clearly replaces lunch, move to a more generous format, 14 pieces per guest, described below.
| Item | Per guest | For 15 guests | For 30 guests |
|---|---|---|---|
| Savoury pieces (quiche, smoked salmon bagel, egg, Comté) | 4 | 60 | 120 |
| Or pastries (croissant, pain au chocolat, raisin pastry) | 2 to 3 | 30 to 45 | 60 to 90 |
| Bread with butter and jam | 1 | 15 | 30 |
| Seasonal fruit | 1 | 15 | 30 |
| Orange juice, 25 cl | 1 | 15 | 30 |
| Coffee and tea in flasks | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
Which brunch for which table?
The savoury and sweet brunch is the most complete: mini vegetable quiche, mini smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, hard-boiled egg, Comté with bread, then bread with jam, fruit and orange juice, with unlimited coffee and tea. It is also the one that reaches the minimum order with the fewest guests, from 15.
For a big table, the Generous Viennese menu is the most economical: croissants, pains au chocolat and raisin pastries, two and a half per guest, bread, fruit and juice. The sweet brunch adds mini pancakes with maple syrup, yoghurt and granola, fresh fruit skewers and hot chocolate in a flask. And for a brunch that starts late, the brunch reception has 14 pieces per guest: mini bagels, devilled eggs, quiches, wraps, guacamole, cream puffs and brownies.

Build the savoury and sweet brunch →Savoury, sweet, or both?
You don't have to choose. Two menus can arrive on the same delivery: the savoury and sweet brunch for the adults, the Sweet Indulgence menu, with pancakes, marble cake and hot chocolate, for the children. The €300 minimum applies to the whole order, not to each menu.
For dietary needs, every menu page shows the vegetarian, pork-free, gluten-free and halal options, with allergens. The Viennese, Sweet Indulgence and sweet brunch menus are vegetarian; the savoury brunch contains fish, with the smoked salmon bagel.
Hot drinks and juice
Coffee and tea arrive unlimited in flasks, with cups from the disposable tableware: no machine or kettle needed. Hot chocolate is included in the Sweet Indulgence menu and the sweet brunch. Every guest gets a 25 cl orange juice.
To go further, freshly squeezed juice is added at €2.50 per guest and soft drinks at €3. An extra basket of fresh fruit costs €2.90 per guest: useful when the table has lots of children.
Sunday morning delivery
We deliver on Sundays as on weekdays, in two-hour slots from 7am. The 24-hour notice runs to the start of the slot: for delivery on Sunday between 9am and 11am, order by Saturday at 9am. For a brunch served at 11am, that is the right slot.
Everything arrives ready to serve and is eaten cold: no scrambled eggs or pancakes made to order, but nothing to cook either. There are no serving staff; buffet set-up by our team is optional, at €90 up to 30 guests. Give the floor, the door code and the name of the person receiving the order.
Lay the brunch out in two areas: hot drinks and juice at one end, food at the other, so the coffee queue doesn't block the table. Plates, cups and napkins arrive with the order; keep a bin bag and a cloth within reach, and clear the table of everything else before the guests arrive. Put the savoury food where the adults gather and the pastries and pancakes within the children's reach: each group finds its own corner, and nobody waits.
Our advice: for 15 guests, don't pick the cheapest menu thinking you will save money. The pastry brunch only reaches the minimum from 21 guests, whereas the savoury and sweet brunch reaches it from 15, with a fuller table.
