In detail
Designed for seminars, training days and conventions, this tray guarantees a complete lunch that is easy to hand out, prepared on the day. In its Meat selection, a quinoa and crunchy vegetable salad opens the meal, followed by cold roast beef with tartare sauce, a portion of Brie, then a slice of apple tart. A bread roll, cutlery, a napkin and seasoning are included. Start from this selection, the fish version or the vegetarian version, then swap the dishes one by one. Order by the tray, one per guest: the price follows every choice.

Can we order meal trays by the unit?
Yes, you order by the unit, with a minimum order of €300 per delivery, that is 8 to 17 trays depending on the model; year-end trays have their own minimum, shown on their menu page. You adjust the number of trays and the main course choice for each guest.
Is there a halal meal tray?
Yes. Pork-free is specified when you order, on any tray; for a fully halal version, the Halal meal tray is €29.80 each, with 3 menus to choose from, certified halal meat, no pork and no alcohol, delivered sealed and labelled for a mixed team.
