December meetings need feeding too
December is not only parties. It is year-end reviews, budget committees, board meetings, the last team meeting before the holidays and client visits squeezed in before the break. These meetings still need feeding, and they are the easiest place to mark the season without organising an event.
Two formats of the end-of-year range are made for them: the Christmas breakfast, for a morning meeting or a team breakfast, and the festive meal tray, for a lunch that stays in the meeting room. Both arrive ready to serve, with disposable tableware, in the delivery slot you choose.
The Christmas breakfast
Two mini all-butter pastries per guest, sliced brioche and gingerbread with jams and honey, clementines, orange and apple juice, and unlimited coffee, tea and herbal tea in flasks. It is the French office breakfast with a December accent: gingerbread and clementines are among the flavours of a French Christmas.
It is alcohol-free. It costs €7.20 per guest, for your exact headcount from 55 guests, which comes to €396 at the minimum.
Use it to open a long meeting, to thank a team before the holidays, or for the last breakfast of the year before the office closes. Choose a delivery slot that ends before the meeting starts, so that the coffee is ready when the first people arrive.
The festive meal tray
One tray per guest, with the whole meal inside: smoked salmon with blinis and dill cream, a cold chicken supreme with cranberry sauce and lentil salad, matured Comté and a mini Christmas log, with bread, cutlery and a napkin. A vegetarian selection can be picked on the package page, like every item of the tray.
It costs €23.10 per tray. The tray is the format of the meeting that does not stop for lunch: an executive committee, a board, a budget review. Everyone opens their own tray at the table, nobody queues at a buffet, and the room is cleared in minutes.
For a mixed group, give the number of vegetarian trays when ordering. Allergens are listed on the product page: check it before the day for anyone with an allergy.

The minimum order is €300 per delivery. Festive trays are sold individually, so the minimum is reached from 25 trays, at €577.50. Below that number, count everyone who will be in the room, assistants included, before deciding on the format.
The Christmas breakfast is ordered by headcount, for 50 guests. A full day with the same group can combine both: breakfast in the morning and trays at lunch, as two deliveries in two slots, each with its own minimum of €300.

Timing and delivery
You choose the delivery slot when ordering. The notice is 24 hours, 48 hours from 100 guests, counted up to the start of the slot: for trays delivered in a slot starting at 11 am on Thursday, order by 11 am on Wednesday.
In December, slots before the holidays are limited, so order online in a few minutes as soon as the meeting is in the diary. The number of trays, the vegetarian count and any swaps stay adjustable up to 72 hours before delivery.
Delivery is included across Île-de-France, with a €90 supplement in Seine-et-Marne. In a tower or a guarded building, give the floor, the contact who receives and the access rules when ordering.
Which format for which meeting
A morning meeting that ends before lunch, or a team breakfast before the holidays: the Christmas breakfast, for 50 guests, in one delivery. A committee that works through lunch: festive trays, one per member, with the vegetarian count given when ordering.
For a larger gathering in the evening, the Christmas cocktail reception and the end-of-year standing dinner take over. Large company orders can be paid with a deposit by card, a purchase order signed online and the balance by bank transfer, and a bespoke quote remains possible for anything outside the range.
