The Brunch reception serves fourteen pieces per guest, nine savoury and five sweet, in a relaxed brunch spirit: smoked salmon mini bagels, devilled eggs, guacamole verrines, mini chicken wraps and club sandwiches, mini vegetable quiches, Spanish tortilla bites, Comté gougères and tomato-mozzarella skewers, followed by fresh fruit skewers, cream puffs, tartlets, financiers and brownie bites. Start from the brunch, salmon or vegetarian selection, then swap pieces one by one; the price follows every choice. Enter your exact number of guests, from ten people. Everything arrives on platters ready to set out, with water and disposable tableware.

How many pieces per guest for a cocktail reception?
Allow 8 pieces for a drinks reception, 12 to 14 for a lunchtime cocktail reception and 18 to 20 for an evening cocktail reception that replaces a meal (finger-food dinner). The year-round menus come in 8, 14 or 20 pieces per guest; the Prestige cocktail reception offers 14 by default. Year-end menus have a set number of pieces, shown on their menu page.
Do you provide service staff?
No, we do not provide service staff: the cocktail reception is delivered ready to serve and your guests help themselves. We offer on-site set-up of the buffet and, above 100 guests, furniture as options; disposable tableware is included.
Do you offer a halal cocktail reception?
