The halal lunch buffet serves two starters, a main, cheese and a dessert per guest, with halal meats and no pork or alcohol whatever the selection. The Eastern flavours selection brings together houmous with vegetable sticks, aubergine caviar and mint tabbouleh, then cold halal roast chicken and cold halal roast beef, with falafels for vegetarians, a trio of matured cheeses, pistachio baklavas and a lemon tart.
