In detail
The reception buffet serves two starters, a main, cheese and a dessert per guest. The Reception selection brings together smoked salmon with lemon, marinated vegetable antipasti and tomato with mozzarella, then smoked duck breast, cold roast chicken and burrata with tomatoes and pesto, a trio of matured cheeses, mini éclairs and a lemon tart. Start from this selection, the Land and sea or the Vegetarian one, then swap dishes one by one. Enter your exact number of guests, from ten people: the price follows every choice. Fresh bread, water and disposable tableware are included.

How many dishes should I plan for a lunch buffet?
Most of our buffets serve, per guest, two portions of starters and salads, one cold main dish, cheese and one dessert, with several kinds to choose from in each category; the generous menus and the year-end menus serve more. Each menu page shows its quantities per guest.
Does the buffet suit specific diets?
Yes, every buffet includes at least one vegetarian and pork-free option. Other requirements (gluten-free, halal, vegan) are specified when ordering.
