The South-West France buffet serves two starters, a main, cheese and a dessert per guest. The South-West selection brings together lentil salad, Piedmont potato salad and beetroot, then smoked duck breast, cold roast chicken and Spanish tortilla for vegetarians, a sheep's milk tomme, a Basque cake and an apple tart. Most of our buffets serve, per guest, two portions of starters and salads, one cold main dish, cheese and one dessert, with several kinds to choose from in each category; the generous menus and the year-end menus serve more. Each menu page shows its quantities per guest.
